Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance If a participant cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop: They may request a full refund Rescheduling Window: Up to 48 Hours Before If a participant wishes to reschedule their workshop, Lab Cocoa requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability Requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated Lab Cocoa prepares each chocolate experience with care, so timely notice helps ensure everything runs smoothly.
