Service Description
These delightful sessions are designed to spark creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills, all tailored to the individual needs of each toddler or child. Little ones can dive into the fun by choosing to paint Chocolate Festive Character Chocolate bar Festive bauble Mini reindeer Santa house this workshop is extra £30 for workshop (this can be paid on the day) All while sipping on a delicious hot chocolate. Each workshop accommodates just SIX participants. If siblings wish to join, please send us a direct message so we can evaluate the session. Lastly, please ensure that you only book this session for children who are SEND. Duration : 90mins (2 hours allocated) Workshop Includes: Create Chocolate Monster (Making chocolate mould (chocolate mould is your to keep) , Paint Mould with Edible paints , Filling Mould with Milk / Vegan Chocolate.) Learn how chocolate is grown and made. Sample different types of chocolates Refreshments: Hot Chocolate Each child needs to be accompanied by an adult, one to one basis. To make it more funny both child and adult can book on to the workshop (two paying places), this increasing the fun for all. Booking a workshop: Children’s’ chocolate making workshops can be booked in advance by selection dates from our workshop calendar or by requesting a date via email. £25 secures place per person (50% is a non refundable deposit ). Please note that bookings via email are only secured once confirmation has been sent back to you by email. *DBS: All staff is DBS checked

Cancellations Made more Than 48 Hours in Advance If a participant cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop: They may request a full refund Rescheduling Window: Up to 48 Hours Before If a participant wishes to reschedule their workshop, Lab Cocoa requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability Requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated Lab Cocoa prepares each chocolate experience with care, so timely notice helps ensure everything runs smoothly. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Workshop If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop: The booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled Thank you for understanding—Lab cocoa creatures start crafting early, and they don’t take kindly to last-minute changes!
