Ice Cream Toasties Chocolate Workshop Chocolate and ice cream – the ultimate dream team! Join us for our deliciously fun Ice Cream Toasties Chocolate Workshop, where you’ll create your very own chocolate toasties (our take on a choc-ice with a twist!). You’ll make and decorate two chocolate toasties from scratch, painting them with coloured cocoa butter before filling them. One will be packed with creamy ice cream, while the other can be filled with rich brownies – or, if you can’t resist, make both with ice cream! The fun part is creating them… the real challenge is getting them home before they melt! Perfect for chocolate lovers of all ages, this hands-on workshop is packed with creativity, sweet treats, and plenty of laughs. Whether you’re coming with friends, family, or simply treating yourself, you’ll leave with a unique dessert that’s almost too good to eat

Lab Cocoa – Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lab Cocoa’s website, mobile app, workshops, parties, events, and related services. By booking, attending, or using any Lab Cocoa service, you agree to these Terms. --- 1. About Lab Cocoa Lab Cocoa provides chocolate‑making workshops, children’s parties, events, and related products. Our aim is to deliver creative, enjoyable, and safe experiences for families and children. --- 2. Booking Policy Bookings may be made through the Lab Cocoa website, mobile app, or in person. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 2.1 Workshop Bookings • All workshops must be booked in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • A confirmation email or app notification will be issued once your booking is complete. • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct so you receive booking information. 2.2 Party Bookings • Party bookings may require a deposit of £50 or full payment depending on the package selected. • Final details must be confirmed by the date specified during booking. • Party bookings made online or via the app will be followed up by a member of the Lab Cocoa team to finalise arrangements. Party payment deadline: Full payment for party bookings is due 7 days before the event. Party cancellation terms: • If a party booking is cancelled before the 7‑day payment deadline, the deposit is non‑refundable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date cannot be refunded. 2.3 Website and App Booking Accuracy • Lab Cocoa is not responsible for missed bookings caused by incorrect contact information entered by the user. • Users must check all booking details before confirming. • If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us. --- 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy The full Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Workshops • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a workshop may be refunded. • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Non‑attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non‑refundable.
