Children and Families dive head‑first into a world of chocolatey chaos as they create their very own mini colourful chocolate bar or monster chocolate bar. Each little chocolatier paints their chosen chocolate mould with vibrant edible paints like a tiny, sugar‑fuelled Picasso before pouring silky chocolate and heading to the legendary Sprinkle Station — where toppings mysteriously multiply the moment a grown‑up looks away. While their masterpiece sets (and gains a personality of its own), children sip a hot chocolate piled high with cream and marshmallows, proudly admiring their work like they’ve just opened a tiny chocolate art gallery. Our Lab Cocoa Workshops turn imagination into edible creations. and with our other workshops - Pizza, Gary the Snail, Whimsical Creatures and seasonal magic, every session is hands‑on, creative and bursting with cocoa‑powered fun. Lab Cocoa – Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lab Cocoa’s website, mobile app, workshops, parties, events, and related services. By booking, attending, or using any Lab Cocoa service, you agree to these Terms. --- 1. About Lab Cocoa Lab Cocoa provides chocolate‑making workshops, children’s parties, events, and related products. Our aim is to deliver creative, enjoyable, and safe experiences for families and children. --- 2. Booking Policy Bookings may be made through the Lab Cocoa website, mobile app, or in person. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 2.1 Workshop Bookings • All workshops must be booked in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • A confirmation email or app notification will be issued once your booking is complete. • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct so you receive booking information. 2.2 Party Bookings • Party bookings may require a deposit of £50 or full payment depending on the package selected. • Final details must be confirmed by the date specified during booking. • Party bookings made online or via the app will be followed up by a member of the Lab Cocoa team to finalise arrangements. Party payment deadline: Full payment for party bookings is due 7 days before the event. Party cancellation terms: • If a party booking is cancelled before the 7‑day payment deadline, the deposit is non‑refundable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date cannot be refunded. 2.3 Website and App Booking Accuracy • Lab Cocoa is not responsible for missed bookings caused by incorrect contact information entered by the user. • Users must check all booking details before confirming. • If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us. --- 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy The full Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Workshops • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a workshop may be refunded. • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Non‑attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non‑refundable.
