Witches LOVE cauldrons - but let's be honest... Snakes? Bat wings? Frog toes? Absolutely not snack-approved. So at Lab Cocoa, our cauldrons are 100% edible, 100% chocolate, and 100% likely to cause uncontrollable cackling. You'll be handed two chocolate cauldron halves, and your first quest is to glue them together with molten chocolate without: Dropping_the_cauldron — gravity is not your friend Eating_the_supplies — we see you Accidentally_gluing_yourself — it happens more than you'd think Creating_a_chocolate_black_hole - impressive, but not the goal Before sealing it up, you'll hide sweets inside, turning your cauldron into a ticking sugar bomb waiting for Halloween. Once your cauldron is successfully fused (cue dramatic music), it's time to decorate: Paint it spooky. Paint it silly. Paint it like a witch who's had too much caffeine. Then add edible clay details - bubbles, googly eyes, creepy crawlies, and other spooky-but-delicious chaos. By the end, your cauldron will look like it's brewing trouble... and dessert. *DBS: All staff is DBS checked

Cancellation Policy
Lab Cocoa – Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lab Cocoa’s website, mobile app, workshops, parties, events, and related services. By booking, attending, or using any Lab Cocoa service, you agree to these Terms. --- 1. About Lab Cocoa Lab Cocoa provides chocolate‑making workshops, children’s parties, events, and related products. Our aim is to deliver creative, enjoyable, and safe experiences for families and children. --- 2. Booking Policy Bookings may be made through the Lab Cocoa website, mobile app, or in person. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 2.1 Workshop Bookings • All workshops must be booked in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • A confirmation email or app notification will be issued once your booking is complete. • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct so you receive booking information. 2.2 Party Bookings • Party bookings may require a deposit of £50 or full payment depending on the package selected. • Final details must be confirmed by the date specified during booking. • Party bookings made online or via the app will be followed up by a member of the Lab Cocoa team to finalise arrangements. Party payment deadline: Full payment for party bookings is due 7 days before the event. Party cancellation terms: • If a party booking is cancelled before the 7‑day payment deadline, the deposit is non‑refundable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date cannot be refunded. 2.3 Website and App Booking Accuracy • Lab Cocoa is not responsible for missed bookings caused by incorrect contact information entered by the user. • Users must check all booking details before confirming. • If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us. --- 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy The full Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Workshops • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a workshop may be refunded. • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Non‑attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non‑refundable.
