Service Description
(A completely serious workshop... absolutely not powered by chaos, sugar, and questionable decision-making.) You will be handed two chocolate pumpkin halves. Your mission? Glue them together with molten chocolate without: Dropping them Eating them Gluing your fingers to the table Or accidentally creating a chocolate meteor instead of a pumpkin Inside your pumpkin, you'll hide sweets - because nothing says "Halloween" like a future sugar explosion waiting patiently for its big moment. Once your pumpkin is successfully fused (a challenge worthy of a TV finale), it's time to paint it however your wild little heart desires. Cute pumpkin? Spooky pumpkin? Pumpkin that looks like it hasn't slept since 1998? All acceptable. And while you're crafting your masterpiece, you'll sip on either: Our infamous hot chocolate, thick enough to qualify as a meal Our gooey marshmallow hot chocolate. Then... when Halloween arrives... You get to SMASH your pumpkin. Yes. Smash it. Destroy it. Send it to pumpkin heaven. And watch the sweets burst out like sugary confetti. It's chaos. It's chocolate. Cancellation Policy
Lab Cocoa – Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lab Cocoa’s website, mobile app, workshops, parties, events, and related services. By booking, attending, or using any Lab Cocoa service, you agree to these Terms. --- 1. About Lab Cocoa Lab Cocoa provides chocolate‑making workshops, children’s parties, events, and related products. Our aim is to deliver creative, enjoyable, and safe experiences for families and children. --- 2. Booking Policy Bookings may be made through the Lab Cocoa website, mobile app, or in person. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 2.1 Workshop Bookings • All workshops must be booked in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • A confirmation email or app notification will be issued once your booking is complete. • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct so you receive booking information. 2.2 Party Bookings • Party bookings may require a deposit of £50 or full payment depending on the package selected. • Final details must be confirmed by the date specified during booking. • Party bookings made online or via the app will be followed up by a member of the Lab Cocoa team to finalise arrangements. Party payment deadline: Full payment for party bookings is due 7 days before the event. Party cancellation terms: • If a party booking is cancelled before the 7‑day payment deadline, the deposit is non‑refundable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date cannot be refunded. 2.3 Website and App Booking Accuracy • Lab Cocoa is not responsible for missed bookings caused by incorrect contact information entered by the user. • Users must check all booking details before confirming. • If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us. --- 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy The full Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Workshops • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a workshop may be refunded. • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Non‑attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non‑refundable.
