Service Description
Chocolate fun with Santa Chocolate Santa House: Santa has come early to spread some chocolate cheer! In this 120-minute workshop, participants will embark on the exciting challenge of building their very own chocolate house. To make it even sweeter, feel free to bring extra candies to fill it up. Once the structure is complete, they can unleash their creativity by decorating with edible paint and clay, making the experience both delightful and delicious to snack on during the process. Plus, everyone will get to sip on hot chocolate while having a chance to chat with Santa himself! Booking the workshop: Santa's chocolate workshops can be booked in advance by selecting the time from our workshop calendar or by requesting a time via email. Please note that bookings via email are only secured once confirmation has been sent back to you by email. Allergies and Dietary requirements: Dairy and Nut products are used on site during non-workshop hours. (studio is cleaned before all children’s workshops) NO nut products are used during our workshops, workshop is cleaned and nut products are contained and away from working area. Dietary requirements: if non -dairy chocolate is required please request this before attending workshop. It is important for us to know please let us know ASAP if any of the children have any allergies so we can help keep your children safe. *DBS: All staff is DBS checked in

Cancellation Policy
Lab Cocoa – Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lab Cocoa’s website, mobile app, workshops, parties, events, and related services. By booking, attending, or using any Lab Cocoa service, you agree to these Terms. --- 1. About Lab Cocoa Lab Cocoa provides chocolate‑making workshops, children’s parties, events, and related products. Our aim is to deliver creative, enjoyable, and safe experiences for families and children. --- 2. Booking Policy Bookings may be made through the Lab Cocoa website, mobile app, or in person. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. 2.1 Workshop Bookings • All workshops must be booked in advance. • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • A confirmation email or app notification will be issued once your booking is complete. • It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct so you receive booking information. 2.2 Party Bookings • Party bookings may require a deposit of £50 or full payment depending on the package selected. • Final details must be confirmed by the date specified during booking. • Party bookings made online or via the app will be followed up by a member of the Lab Cocoa team to finalise arrangements. Party payment deadline: Full payment for party bookings is due 7 days before the event. Party cancellation terms: • If a party booking is cancelled before the 7‑day payment deadline, the deposit is non‑refundable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date cannot be refunded. 2.3 Website and App Booking Accuracy • Lab Cocoa is not responsible for missed bookings caused by incorrect contact information entered by the user. • Users must check all booking details before confirming. • If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us. --- 3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy The full Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. Workshops • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a workshop may be refunded. • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • Non‑attendance is treated as a late cancellation and is non‑refundable.
